Located in Times Square, The Lunt-Fontanne Theatre was built in 1910 and originally named the Globe Theatre and operated as a movie theater. Now, the Lunt-Fontanne theatre, famously renamed, is now home to many Broadway productions and musicals. With help from Kelvin, The Lunt-Fontanne theater saw a reduction of 28% in heating-related carbon emissions. The Kelvin efficiency project assisted the theater with their Local Law 97 compliance.
