About the Sales Coordinator Position:

Kelvin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales and marketing team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day sales operations by conducting research, maintaining databases, processing utility data, and handling administrative tasks for the Sales and Marketing Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, enabling the sales team to focus on driving revenue and expanding Kelvin’s market presence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research & Database Development: Conduct research to support the sales team’s lead generation efforts, develop and maintain databases for prospects, clients, and utility programs.
  • Utility Data Management: Collect and input utility data from utility bills, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for sales analysis.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with clerical needs for the Sales and Marketing Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing sales materials.
  • CRM Management: Input and maintain sales data in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing sales team support with pipeline updates.
  • Coordination: Help facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist Account Executives and Business Development Representatives by preparing sales proposals, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software like CRM systems.
  • Data-Driven: You enjoy working with data and have experience inputting and managing large datasets.

Relevant Experience:

  • Recent graduates or 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or a related role, preferably in a tech, energy, or real estate company.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and managing customer data.
  • Familiarity with utility data and the energy industry is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data management and reporting).
  • Experience in supporting a sales team or sales manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
